Mr. Mohit Agarwal, a Chartered Accountant holding Diploma in Information Systems Audit, is the founding Partner of chartered Accountant firm J P M A & Associates. Beginning his career as a Management consultant for improving financial and operational efficiency of Corporate Groups, he also implemented Insurance and Reinsurance broking systems for some of the leading Insurance and Insurance Broking companies based out of India and UK. He has also worked closely with Essel Infra group for various strategy implementation.

Amit Agrawal, is a Chartered Accountant having 13 years of experience in the field of Accounting and Audit. He was associated with M/s. Essar Oil Limited (Exploration & Production division) for 11 years in the filed of Accounting. To pursue further professional carrier, he moved to consultancy and audit filed and worked for 2 years in a reputed CA firm. He has a vide experience of Internal audit and Statutory Audit of reputed large Corporate houses and NGOs. He was also a team member of of Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP)".

Rachit Sariya, a Chartered Accountant and commerce graduate from Mumbai University. Rachit did his articleship training from PricewaterhouseCoopers (‘PwC’) with specialisation in Auditing and Assurance. Post qualification, Rachit worked in Corporate and International Taxation department at PwC for more than 2 years. During his stint with PwC, he catered to various clients belonging to various sectors such as manufacturing, trading, real-estate sector, etc. and gained varied experience in the field of Income Tax, FEMA, Company Law, RERA and other allied laws.

Khushal Agarwal is the ACA of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (“ICAI”), he had worked 3 years with one of the reputed midsize firm of Mumbai, He has a good experience in the field of Statutory audit, Tax audit, Indirect tax consultancy, Financial Due diligence, an Information technology consultancy, Equity valuation and Distress Asset Management

Pankaj Khandelwal is Commerce Graduate (B.B.A), Master of Commerce (M.com) with Business Administration and associate member (ACS) of Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He has hands on experience in Corporate Secretarial matters. In addition to the compliances under the Companies Act with specific impetus on Secretarial Compliance Audit, He has also handled compliances with the regulations of MCX, NSDL and the NSE, drafting Legal agreements and contracts, Export subsidy matters, MIS Reporting, Insurance related issues, reporting to the Management and Statutory Bodies and also liasoning with the Department of Consumer Affairs.
